So something nice actually happened today!!!

Okay.

I was walking around in the light rain again when I almost got run over by this car because it stopped suddenly in the middle of the road. Then I hear "IT'S MY FAVORITE PERSON!!" yelled out from it and I see that it's this girl in my major. We'll call her.. uh.. Brandi. Since that's her name.

Yeah. So, remember those people I was talking about last post? The ones who help you out, ask for help, can hold conversation but have something about them that just seems insincere? I would have put Brandi in that category.

After she yelled that and the usual pleasantries, she was definitely like "We should have a dinner date sometime!"

I was like "aww."

I'm totally looking forward for when that happens. If it doesn't, I will be terribly disappointed and my lack of faith in humanity will be reinforced and I'll blow up the chemistry building and take hostages.

Hopefully it won't go that far. But even the fact that she took the time to suggest something like that makes me happy. :) I think it's good to have real friends in your major.. that way you don't have to struggle through it sometimes alone. =] The other girl I talk to in Chemistry probably wouldn't like the fact that I don't roll with girls like that and end up saying something like "Love you, but I wish you weren't like that!"

Which would piss me off.

Alright, I seriously have to get something written for these essays. It's bothering me. They're not due till the last day of class, but still.
